Connie is the owner of Dominion Finance Group and brings over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing education and coaching to help them achieve their financial goals. In addition to her direct client work, Connie collaborates with other financial professionals who share her commitment to empowering individuals to build a secure financial future. Connie is passionate about helping people live free from financial pressure. Having experienced financial mistakes and the consequences firsthand, she overcame the shame and embarrassment of those challenges and now shares her journey to inspire others. Known for her compassion, empathy, and honesty, Connie emphasizes the importance of taking responsibility to change one’s financial position. Her teaching, coaching, and mentorship style is simple, relatable, and practical, creating a safe space for clients to discuss their finances and develop actionable plans for improvement. In her previous roles, Connie taught financial and business education to aspiring entrepreneurs, served as a financial coach, and worked as a program director for a nonprofit organization. She is also an active volunteer in her community, trains ministry leaders, and is a speaker at conferences, churches, and special events. Connie’s mission is to empower individuals to fulfill their purpose and take courageous steps toward their destiny. Connie holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Upper Iowa University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Ottawa University. During her free time, Connie enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
