TL James, MBA, began her career with Fortune 500 companies in the oil and gas, high-tech, and academic sectors as a sourcing expert and manager. Because of her experience, James was a great partner for companies trying to increase profitability, decrease costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
James is a passionate writer. She began writing ‘The MPire,’ her first science fiction series, in 2006 after deciding to follow her dream. Using her active imagination and extensive experience in corporate America, she created and published the nine novels in this series. Her books are praised for the richness of their issues, the sophisticated character development, and the complexity of their imaginative worlds. She established PHE Ink – Writing Solutions Firm in 2011, offering writing advice to authors on the “Business of Being an Author.” She is the author of two audiobooks and 47 novels.
James’s literary and corporate speaking and coaching possibilities arose from his fame as a writer. At Chambers of Commerce, workshops, and seminars, she gave talks about her email marketing strategy, Profit First and Business Strategy for Authors and Small Business Owners. As a proud membership chair of the National Black MBA Association (Houston Chapter), James is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion.
To become a Dream Builder Coach, she completed her studies with Mary Morrisey at Brave Thinking (Life Mastery) Institute and Christy Whitman at Quantum Success Coaching. She gave advice to people and businesses on how to focus their life goals while boosting productivity and effectiveness in the workplace by creating operating manuals and roadmaps as part of her program that blended life and business coaching. Her clients were able to achieve success and reach their maximum potential because of her creative problem-solving attitude in life and business, as well as her extensive knowledge of logistics and operations. She has worked to change the world for the better her entire life and profession. She is well known for her zeal and energy, in addition to her proficiency in logistics and planning.
Although she resides in Houston, Texas, she travels frequently.
