Hey there! My name’s Dr. Schick. I started my journey in the world of personal finance as a child when I formed my first business, The Aeration Company. While in dental school I realized I needed to learn more than dentistry to be successful in the business and real world. Therefore, I took to reading many personal finance books. With the knowledge from those books I started managing my debts, investing and growing my net worth. Over the past two years I have made it my mission to educate other dentists about personal finance so they can also grow their net worths.
Bio
Dr. Tony Schicktanz graduated dental school from The University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2021 and is an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor. Since then he has worked as an associate dentist. Quickly after graduating dental school he realized the lack of education he had received in regards to personal finance. He had hundreds of thousands of dollars of student loan debts as well as some credit card debt. He stumbled and tripped his way through paying down debt and starting to invest without the help of a financial advisor. After realizing he could do it on his own he then made it his goal to make sure future generations of dentists were more informed about personal finance. that way when they graduate from dental school and start earning the “big bucks” they will know how to manage their financial lives so they can continue focusing on what they love.
