My purpose is to replace that fear with hope by showing you that financial education doesn’t have to be complicated – it can be simple, empowering, and life-changing.

Shanea Matthews is a passionate NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ (CFEI) whose mission is to replace fear with hope by equipping families, young adults, children, and communities with simple, practical financial education. Her purpose is to empower individuals to take control of their finances, protect their future, and build a lasting legacy.
An accomplished entrepreneur and speaker, Shanea’s diverse background spans real estate, beauty, travel, fashion, and financial services. She is a state licensed life insurance and retirement broker with Integrity Financial Services, where she helps families secure their financial futures through education and strategic planning.
Shanea holds a College Degree in Business Management and Administration and in Fashion Footwear Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is also a Women’s Initiative Business Development Graduate, a Momentum Education LT137 Life Coaching Graduate, and a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach-credentials that reflect her commitment to leadership, empowerment, and personal growth.
As the founder of Poise & Profit, She merges finance and fashion to inspire confidence and financial literacy, among families, men, women, young adults, and children.
She is the author of the Amazon-published journal Polished & Paid: Purposely Driven-a guided tool that blends mindset, money, fashion, and motivation to help readers take charge of their financial journeys.
