Shane Darrisaw is a dynamic leader and trusted authority in housing counseling systems, financial empowerment, and nonprofit development. As President of mPact Pro®, Shane leads strategic initiatives to elevate HUD housing counseling agencies by delivering innovative client management solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline compliance, and drive measurable impact. Under his leadership, mPact Pro® has become a catalyst for agency growth and operational excellence.
With over two decades of experience spanning banking, nonprofit leadership, and community development, Shane brings a wealth of knowledge in HUD compliance, emerging markets, and culturally responsive training design. He is a skilled trainer and management consultant, recognized for transforming organizations through talent development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
Shane also serves as Principal Consultant at The Leader In You Consulting LLC, offering technical assistance and board training to nonprofits, municipalities, and housing authorities nationwide. As faculty for NeighborWorks America and a retired U.S. Army Major, Shane blends discipline, vision, and innovation to build sustainable impact across communities. His mission is clear: empower others, uplift underserved populations, and set new benchmarks for nonprofit excellence.
