My range of experience range from budgeting, credit report analysis, savings, loans including Mortgage Loans. My career in banking spans over 40 years with certifications in an array of products. My motto is to reach one, teach one. I am motivated to help you reach your full potential with your finances by uncovering the needs that suit your situation.

Bio

Rita Joyce is a high-energy, self-driven, innovative and inspirational leader with over 40 years in the Banking Industry. She is currently an Assistant Vice President Community Development Officer for the Bank of Botetourt. Rita’s work consists of working with the community members to promote financial well-being through education lending programs, deposit products, and other financial services designed to help current and prospective customers. Rita’s main goal is to create and implement community development strategies with plans to enhance economic and social well-being throughout the community. Rita has over a decade of experience in the financial industry and active on several boards. Rita is a leader in promoting financial wellness and work closely with lenders, churches, non profits and individuals and tailor her curriculum to the needs of her audience. Her footwork of experience transcends over a diverse background of all walks of life from the underserved communities to the retired community. Rita uses her personal experiences to capture the audience with an authentic and transparent presentation.
