I grew up in a home where money was a source of constant conflict. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of how deeply financial stress can affect families. As an adult, I made the decision to break that cycle—first for myself, then for my children, and ultimately for others.
Becoming an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ (CFEI) is part of that commitment. I want to help people build healthier relationships with money, strengthen their families, and create the financial confidence so many of us were never taught. Financial education changed my life, and I’m dedicated to helping it change others’ lives too.

As Founder, CEO, and Financial Strategist at Zada, a North America–wide business advisory firm, Pascale leads with a commitment to education, empowerment, and strategic clarity. As a financial strategist, Pascale helps business owners and individuals elevate their financial confidence through money coaching, comprehensive financial planning, and risk management strategies. Her philosophy of “education before execution” ensures clients understand the why behind every recommendation. She advocates fiercely for their best interests, especially when coordinating with Zada’s vetted network of strategic partners.
Pascale’s approach is uniquely holistic. In addition to her psychology degree from the University of British Columbia, she holds three coaching certifications and is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Practitioner—allowing her to examine financial challenges through both psychological and strategic lenses. Her financial credentials include: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) — recognized for over 90 years as the premier designation for advisors specializing in risk management, estate planning, and wealth transfer, Certified Cash Flow Specialist (CCS) and NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ (CFEI). Pascale is also an accomplished author. She co-wrote the Amazon bestseller Simple Success Strategies for Women Entrepreneurs, contributed to Shine: Inspirational Stories of Choosing Success Over Adversity, and authored 101 Powerful Tips for Improving Your Credit Score, a practical guide supporting financial literacy.
