Advisory Board Decision
Hello {!firstname_fix},
Thanks for your submission to our Advisory Board. We appreciate your willingness to contribute to the board and your interest in furthering financial literacy education.
You have the experience and passion we are looking for. However, unfortunately, with your current online presence and public recognition, you would not qualify for a board member position.
We can fix that for you in our Board Incubator program. In this program, we build online assets that highlight your experience, include you in media promotions, develop visuals, and provide brand assets that will position you as an industry leader. Once the program is complete (about 2 months) you will be approved for an Advisory Board seat.

What do I need to provide? Just a written copy of items like your bio and several professional photos for imagery. We edit and take care of the rest.

Day 7
SUBJECT: Re: Financial Education Collaboration Opportunities
Hello {!firstname_fix},
I hope this note finds you well. I’m just following up on the message we sent last week.
Did you have a chance to review our audience data and the geographic areas we can help you reach? In case it was lost in the many emails I’m sure you receive, here’s the link.
If you think there is some alignment, it would be great to discuss your needs further.
All our financial education-based opportunities are customized to align with our sponsors’ objectives. If we align with the audience and locations where you want to connect – we craft a benefits package tailored to your needs.
Any chance you’re free this week for a quick call? Please let me know, thanks!

Hello {!firstname_fix},
I hope you are well.
Just checking in to see if we should schedule a conversation based on the audience data I sent last week.
In the meantime, I wanted to add a few things that distinguish our organization so you get to know us better:
- Custom Opportunities: Our sponsorship opportunities focus on your outcome goals and are customized based on your needs.

- Leading Standards: Organizations in this space follow our lead when it comes to learner outcomes, program development, and financial educator teaching standards.
- Nationwide Network: Target areas with our team of Certified Financial Education Instructors in every state – more than 6,000 enrolled.

Day 21
SUBJECT: Re: Message Follow-up Financial Education Opportunities
Hello {!firstname_fix},
Hope you are having a good week.
I hope I am reaching out to the correct person – are you involved with the company’s sponsorship or promotion opportunities for financial education initiatives? If it’s not you, can you kindly suggest the person in your organization who is best suited?
We also do a lot of work with company marketing, sales, brand, and CSR, if you think those may be the departments I should contact.
Would be really interested in your reply. Thank you!

Hello {!firstname_fix},
Haven’t heard back from you. Hope all is well!
I love how active {{ subscriber.custom_field[‘Company’] }} is in the financial education space and was hoping we could work together on a high-impact campaign that makes a positive difference.
We wanted to reach out to your group in our first round, as we have identified several ways we can help your company better align with the financial literacy movement and benefit your company’s bottom line.
Any assistance in directing me to the best person to talk with would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
