Congratulations on advancing to the interview phase!

We sincerely appreciate your interest in supporting our mission, and regardless of the outcome, we value your commitment to advancing economic empowerment through financial education. Reaching this stage reflects your strong qualifications and alignment with our vision to build stronger communities through financial literacy.

As the next step, we invite you to schedule a consultation with our Board Director. This conversation will serve as the final stage of the approval process, giving us the opportunity to learn more about your background, discuss your potential role, and answer any questions you may have about serving on the Advisory Board. We look forward to connecting with you and exploring how your unique expertise can contribute to this important movement.

Board Approval Process

The Advisory Board approval process is designed to ensure that all members meet the highest standards of professionalism, expertise, and alignment with our mission. The process includes four key steps:

  • Application Review & Online Background Check
All applications are carefully reviewed and an online background check is conducted to confirm eligibility and alignment with organizational values.

  • Interview with Program Director
Candidates meet with the Program Director for a structured interview. This step provides an opportunity to share experiences, discuss goals, and clarify expectations for Board involvement.

  • Review by Advisory Board Review Committee
Final applications and interview notes are presented to the Advisory Board Review Committee. The committee evaluates each candidate and makes recommendations for approval.

We will notify you of the outcome of the review, whether approved or not. Regardless of the result, we deeply appreciate your interest in advancing our mission and contributing to financial empowerment.
