Omar Naffa
Financial Services Professional & Financial Literacy Advocate

Personal Notes
Welcome! My passion for helping people improve their lives began as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach, where I worked with athletes, teams, and everyday people to build discipline, resilience, and confidence. I even tested those same qualities on the NBC show American Ninja Warrior. That experience reminded me that lasting success physical, mental, or financial comes from mindset and consistency.
Over time, I discovered that true wellness extends beyond the physical. It includes financial and mental health as well. Both are closely tied to a person’s state of mind. My focus as a coach is not only to teach personal finance habits, but to help people develop the mindset needed to implement them. As Aristotle said, “Knowledge without action is meaningless.”
