Necho Carroll is the Managing Partner and Founder of 4NBG Financial, a firm dedicated to transforming lives through financial education, protection, and long-term wealth strategies. With a clear mission to close the gap in financial literacy and access, Carroll leads 4NBG Financial in providing individuals, families, and organizations with the tools to build sustainable financial futures.
Drawing from over a decade of leadership experience in strategic operations, business development, and community engagement, Carroll established 4NBG Financial to empower clients with both education and action. His approach blends financial literacy training with practical solutions in life and health insurance, retirement planning, and wealth-building strategies.
Beyond his role at 4NBG Financial, Carroll is also the founder of the Carroll Family Foundation, where he continues his commitment to expanding financial literacy and wellness in underserved communities. Known for his vision and forward-thinking leadership, Carroll is passionate about equipping others with the knowledge and resources needed to achieve financial stability, independence, and generational wealth.
