Personal Notes
For many people, personal finance is confusing and stressful. It’s all too common to feel like your finances are out of your control, a mindset that compounds stress the longer you have it. I’ve fallen into the same trap. When I started my first full-time job, I didn’t know how to make a budget. Instead of trying to learn, I just worried and watched my bank account balance slowly dwindle. Years later, when I actually took control of my own finances, so much of my stress melted away. As a personal finance journalist, I’m passionate about empowering people to take control over their finances so they can stop stressing and start planning.
