Personal Notes

Money impacts more than our bank accounts — it affects our stress levels, our relationships, our confidence, and the choices we make every day. I believe financial education should feel supportive, accessible, and human, not overwhelming or judgmental. As both a financial educator and a therapist, my work sits at the intersection of practical money skills and education and emotional well-being. I understand that many of our financial habits were shaped long before we had the tools or guidance to make sense of them. You are not behind, broken, or bad with your finances — you are responding to what you were taught (or not taught) and what you experienced. I will help you in making better money decisions with the financial education that many of us honestly never received growing up. You deserve financial education that meets you where you are and supports where you’re going.
