Jorge Garcia is a U.S. Air Force veteran, counselor, educator, and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience transforming lives through guidance, mentorship, and financial education. He began his career in education, ultimately serving as Director of Guidance & Counseling, where he managed budgets and developed programs to support student and organizational success. Drawing on his expertise in personal development and finance, Jorge founded MindXpan LLC, a life and financial coaching practice dedicated to helping individuals reimagine their lives. At MindXpan, he empowers clients to achieve their goals through personalized coaching in personal growth, financial literacy, and overall wellbeing. His approach combines practical strategies with motivational guidance, fostering sustainable change for young adults, families, and professionals.
