Donald E. Coleman is the Founder and Chief Evangelistic Officer of Semper Kaizen Corp, a human development company. He is also the President-Elect of the ICF San Diego chapter. His mission in life is to serve others and to “joyfully add value to those around him,” which he practices daily. Donald believes with all his heart that people can live a vibrant life and manage money well, no matter their socioeconomic background; however, what most people don’t know is to be successful at both requires learning new skills. As a result of this discrepancy, he founded Semper Kaizen Corp. We have one goal; to provide access to certified coaching and professional training in San Diego County because no one should be left behind.
Donald spent the last 20 years working in the credit union movement as a Vice President in San Diego. Under his leadership and personal direction, his team helped thousands of families gain control of their spending, overcome credit challenges, and purchase homes through his holistic customizable “Kaizen Approach.”
As the Chief Evangelistic Officer of Semper Kaizen, Donald lives each day by valuing people, honoring commitments, and creating win-win opportunities. He resides in San Diego, California, where he provides engaging financial empowerment workshops, personal development, and leadership keynote speaking throughout California as requested.
He has presented hundreds of educational workshops at the credit union for its membership, such as the University of California San Diego, San Diego State University, CalTrans District 11, and the local California Employment Development Department. Additionally, he served on the Housing Opportunity Committee at the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors. His passion for people and his knowledge and experience of banking and real estate make Donald the ideal partner for anyone looking to start living a financially healthy life.
