Growing up in a developing country, working more than 10 years in Financial industry, I sometimes lived the “Struggle life”. Today, too many people are still struggling in search of how to get out of bad financial situations. Moreover, many Vietnamese investors complained that they were cheated by some unqualified brokers/bankers. The lack of financial education is definitely part of the problem. Along side with In-service spirit, I want to help end the nightmares of poverty, homelessness, and hopelessness, by providing the financial education that can help save financial lives, one person, one community at a time. I have the experience to personally and professionally provide training about financial products to sales forces, but my preference is to impact the financial lives of Vietnamese; with a special focus on our children. It is time to create a legacy of generational wealth, instead of generational debt.
Bio
Cong Nguyen has been involved in the financial services industry for over 10 years, and is an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor. He has worked for HSBC, TechcomBank, Prudential and VinaCapital. He has given hundreds of training sessions for the sales forces of many banking/financial institutions across Vietnam. In a developing country like Vietnam, the lack of financial education is the root cause leading to poverty, stress and even fraud against of many people. Therefore, personal financial education is an essential need of society. Cong wants to bring his knowledge and experiences to provide qualified personal finance programs to all Vietnamese, with a special focus on children. His biggest goal is creating a legacy of generational wealth, instead of generational debt.
