My journey in real estate development and nonprofit leadership has been rooted in a simple mission: to build generational wealth while creating pathways to safe, affordable housing and homeownership for those who need it most.
Through my work with A Better Way JJJ LLC and Take Up the Cause, I’ve seen firsthand how education, access, and intentional planning can transform lives. I’m passionate about sharing these lessons, whether it’s through financial literacy workshops, keynote talks, or community events.

Bio
Chauncey Jones is a dynamic leader, financial educator, and community advocate based in Spokane, Washington. As the Executive Director of Take Up the Cause, a BIPOC-led nonprofit with 92 units of affordable housing, and the co-founder of A Better Way JJJ LLC, a Black-owned real estate development company, Chauncey is dedicated to building generational wealth and creating pathways to homeownership.
With a focus on empowering underserved communities, Chauncey has developed innovative programs such as Black Homeownership Spokane, which combines financial literacy, debt reduction, and down payment assistance to help families achieve their dream of homeownership. His work blends real-world strategies with a deep understanding of the challenges many face in accessing financial opportunities.
Chauncey’s speaking engagements are known for their authenticity and actionable insights. Whether sharing the story of his own journey, teaching wealth-building principles, or inspiring others to build “wealth esteem one door at a time,” he delivers messages that resonate with audiences of all ages. His passion lies in creating thriving communities and helping others realize their financial and personal potential.
