Bio
Calvin Lamont Leonard is a Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ (CFEI®), corporate trainer, and keynote speaker passionate about empowering people to take control of their money and their future. For over three decades, he has worked with organizations, schools, and communities to bring financial literacy, leadership, and life balance training to diverse audiences.
He began his journey teaching financial education to teens and young adults, helping them understand how to manage money wisely and business owners how to transition from relying on personal credit to building strong business credit. That work expanded to corporate training, where he has led workshops on financial wellness, business etiquette, retirement planning, and leadership growth.
At the heart of his speaking is the belief that financial empowerment goes beyond numbers — it is about mindset, discipline, and balance. His signature keynote, “Training Your Mind to Control Your Money,” provides practical tools and inspiring insights that leave audiences motivated to take immediate action.
Calvin has presented for companies such as Verizon, Anthem, Blue Cross, and educational institutions throughout California. Whether speaking to corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, or high school students, his goal is the same: to inspire lasting change by making financial education engaging, relatable, and transformative.
When he is not training or speaking, Calvin enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs, working with community organizations, and helping people build businesses that create both profit and purpose.
