Aywanna Monroe
Financial Services Professional & Financial Literacy Advocate

Personal Notes
Learning about a customer’s specific needs is how the career I’ve built to date began. Becoming the solution is what customer service taught me. Although my experience serving customers runs deep, I also bring operational experience with numerous internal expertise. Listening to clients, while working in restaurants, buffet style included, to check processing centers, and call centers, supporting customers in the quest for solutions is what I know.
Today, my support extends to fusing confidence into your financial education plans and solutions. Operating a boutique style financial literacy, education and implementation service, supporting those on the path of financial wellness is what I am skilled for.
I mentioned buffet style restaurant service because I know financial information is as diverse as a mile-long buffet, with many food choices. If you try to eat it all, you get sick! In the world of financial wellness, that is what I believe is happening – lots of choices that can make you sick.
Understanding the paths that fuse confidence into your financial future, requires a special touch. A touch of financial education, fused with solutions unique to you. Like buffet education, having a guide who knows which dishes are fresh and fall within your dieting guidelines provides a satisfying confident experience that you’d come back to repeatedly.
Everyone deserves to be heard, understood and confident in their next financial decision! Financial education and literacy support that confidence.
What I know as an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ is every statistic is a story, and every story matters. With three paths to support you in this journey my services extend to financial education/speaking, financial implementation and support, and guidance/coaching programs.
I confidently understand and provide the Duty of Care every client deserves.
