Thomas Maluck is an international keynote speaker who is just as comfortable talking personal finance in a classroom, conference room, auditorium, or church. Thomas is an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor℠, but what sets him apart is the road that brought him here. He has over a decade’s experience in public libraries, where he helps patrons of all ages with information needs and hosts public programs designed for people to learn, create, and share. The frequent communication and service to his community has made him a natural at listening and reacting to people’s wants and needs. He has recommended many stories, including financial literacy booklists, but is most interested in helping people write the next chapter of their own story. Thomas is a public speaker who has presented across the U.S. as well as internationally. He has spoken on podcasts, radio shows, and news stations. He is a past President of his local Toastmasters club, where he achieved the level of Advanced Communicator. The most positive feedback he receives from presentations involves relating to the audience, speaking from the heart, and including a dash of humor. Thomas holds a BA in English and Philosophy as well as a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina and certification as a Career Services Provider.
