Bio
Stephanie Newell is an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor.
Stephanie Newell has been certified by both the Credit Union National Association and the NFEC in financial education. Growing up in a multi-cultural household, she realized the importance of financial education and how it was lacking within many communities. With schools not teaching finance as much, and with the ever-changing economic climate, financial education has never been as important as it is today. With over 7 years’ experience in the Banking Industry, Stephanie has worked with a variety of individuals from all different backgrounds. This has led her to becoming diverse in her experience which has made her clients entrust in her even more. From credit repair to budgeting, and everything in between, Stephanie has assisted many members of her community to live financially savvy lives. Empathy is a strong value for Stephanie when it comes to consulting her clients because everyone is human and needs to understand that we all have our setbacks. People want to feel like they are not being judged and that is why Stephanie ensures that her communications with each client is open, honest, and sincere. In hopes of one day creating a non-profit to teach financial education in inner cities, her passion and love for financial wellness cannot go unheard.
