Anyone can change their socioeconomic position if given the know-how and the right tools. As an individual whose family migrated to the US in hopes of providing a better life for their family, I know firsthand the struggles and hardships that one goes through to build financial stability from scratch. I also understand the responsibility placed on individuals to provide for family members living in two different countries. My mission is to take families from surviving to thriving through financial education specifically designed to balance these multiple responsibilities and set them up for success in the United States. I work with organizations, schools, and non-profits to provide the tools to make sound money management decisions.

Brown Financial Solutions, LLC is owned by Petra-Ann Brown.
Petra-Ann became profoundly interested in personal finance due to her own financial frustration. Not wanting the financial stresses, she saw as a young child, Petra-Ann has taken her education, failures, successes, and passion to motivate, empower, and teach others how to make their money work for them through her financial empowerment programs based on sound money management skills. Petra-Ann truly believes that financial education is a great equalizer and can break down barriers and help individuals live instead of just surviving.
Her strong passion for financial freedom and desire to give families time with their loved ones instead of working numerous jobs to make ends meet are what drive her mission. Brown Financial Solutions, LLC’s goal is to provide clients with a more in-depth knowledge of finance principles, practices, and provide a road map so they can improve their money habits to achieve their financial goals.
Petra-Ann partners with schools, colleges, universities, businesses, non-profits, and government agencies to provide the tools to make sound money management decisions. With over 15 years of experience as a regulator, she is a successful entrepreneur and NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor. Petra-Ann also holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Saint Joseph and is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management.
