Renewal Processing
General Renewal Cycle
Step 1
Do This First Everytime for Any General Renewal Email Setup
General Renewal Cycle Stop & Reset
This action stops the renewal cycle campaign and removes tags which not only stops the campaign for the subscriber but also “resets” them so they can receive a new renewal cycle sometime in the future.
Copy this URL into your browser bar and replace the REPLACETHIS text with the email of the failed renewal you need to stop or reset.
https://awpt.co/0emJD?email=REPLACETHIS
Step 2
Fill in this form if you want to add someone to the renewal cycle. The product URL and product name fields are used within the email sent to the customer.
Please note: product URL and product name fields can only hold one data point at a time. That is, one product name and one product URL. Filling in the form for an existing subscriber on the 2019 Renewal Failure Notify will overwrite their previous custom fields. Thus, these custom fields cannot be used for historical data tracking as they can be overwritten without record of the overwrite.

Day 28
Re: Celebrating Your Anniversary on the NFEC State Board
Dear {{ subscriber.custom_field[‘First’] }},
With your anniversary approaching in the next few weeks, I wanted to share an update on our state chapter objectives for the coming year.
We’re continuing to strengthen our advocacy across six core focus areas: policy, legislation, mobilization, rigorous standards, public opinion, and removing barriers that impede effective personal finance education.
What’s New and Ahead This Year:
- Unified State Chapter Collaboration: NFEC coordinates cross-state efforts to strengthen collective advocacy and create well-aligned impact.
- Advocacy Campaign Launches: From public opinion efforts to legislative pushes, NFEC is rolling out national campaigns in which state chapters will participate.
- Legislation Initiatives: NFEC is spearheading legislative proposals to advance financial education across education levels, with chapter involvement as a key part of rollout.
- Media & Awareness Drives: National media and public awareness campaigns led by NFEC will include local chapter components and visibility.
- Implementation Programming: The NFEC will directly lead initiatives that deliver standards-aligned personal finance programs to schools, nonprofits, and community partners.
If you have not submitted your annual Advisory Board Benefit package, do so here.
We’re excited to continue this important work with you in the year ahead.

Board Follow-up, Keep Us Posted
Hello,
We appreciate your willingness to serve on the Advisory Board and the experience you bring. I understand that now may not be the right time to commit to board dues.
We will keep your application on file for 45 days and will place it on the Board agenda for a vote once you indicate you’re ready to commit to the board dues. If elected, we’ll proceed with the dues process.
These dues are essential for funding our state chapter initiatives and supporting community-based organizations. An Advisory Board seat also offers personal benefits, helping you gain exposure and prominence and build your brand while making a meaningful impact in your community. You can learn more here: NFEC Advisory Board.
Please keep us posted when a better time is financially possible for you. Once you know you have the board dues, I can then submit your application to our bi-monthly board approval meetings. If they approve your application, dues would be required within 5 business days.
In the meantime, we invite you to join our Advocacy Committee, which requires no financial investment but provides an opportunity to contribute and stay engaged in our mission.

Advisory Board Decision
Hello {!firstname_fix},
Thanks for your submission to our Advisory Board. We appreciate your willingness to contribute to the board and your interest in furthering financial literacy education.
You have the experience and passion we are looking for. However, unfortunately, with your current online presence and public recognition, you would not qualify for a board member position.
We can fix your lack of public prominence and get you on the Board to make a difference in your community. Here are 2 options:
Option 1) Join our Board Incubator program. In this program, we build online assets that highlight your experience, include you in media promotions, develop visuals, and provide brand assets that will position you as an industry leader. Once the program is complete (about 2 months) you will be approved for an Advisory Board seat. You can learn more about our criteria and join our Board Incubator program by clicking here.
Option 2) Sponsor your local community. When you become a donor and give the gift of financial literacy to your local community, we recognize your support in several high-profile ways to help you build exposure, expand relationships, provide business development opportunities, and participate on the Board. Learn more about the benefits we provide sponsors.

Re: Advisory Board Decision
Hello {!firstname_fix},
I wanted to follow up to make sure you received our response on the next steps for the Advisory Board Incubator Program and/or Community Sponsorship Opportunity Program and answer a few questions we frequently get.
Does the Board Incubator program and the Community Sponsorship Program guarantee an Advisory Board seat? Yes, if you provide us with the details needed to create your brand assets.
What do I need to provide? Just a written copy of items like your bio and several professional photos for imagery. We edit and take care of the rest.
How long does it take? Once you submit the details, it takes us about 1 to 2 months to generate the coverage and position your brand with the prominence required to be on our board. From there, we add you to the Advisory Board and invite you to our virtual meetings.
Once you provide basic information, we handle all areas of the campaign on your behalf. We work with your marketing and compliance departments to ensure that messaging is in alignment with your goals.
Thanks and have a great day!
