Financial Fluency is led by Krystle Gladden, a passionate Certified Financial Education Instructor, entrepreneur, and community leader who empowers individuals to take control of their financial lives. With an MBA in Accounting and over 10 years of experience in financial enhancement, she leverages her expertise to guide others towards financial security and success.

A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Krystle continues to serve her country while actively contributing to her community. As Owner and CEO of GTax Solutions, a tax preparation company, and Co-Founder of Lady Bosses Organization, a women’s empowerment initiative, she demonstrates her commitment to both financial well-being and community development. Krystle also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Association for Glenbrook Condominiums and volunteers as a high school mentor for the NYC IMentor program. Krystle firmly believes that knowledge empowers action. Driven by the motto “If you knew better, you would do better,” she equips her audience with the tools, resources, and support they need to make informed financial decisions and achieve their goals. She is deeply committed to closing the financial knowledge gap and preventing individuals from falling victim to misinformation and poor financial choices.
