Have you ever stopped to think about all the financial decisions you make every day? Every week? Every month? My parents taught me a lot of foundational knowledge to be able to make sound financial decisions but I never had any formal classes or training. I thought about all the financial decisions I had to make early in my life and one wrong choice and things could have turned out very different. It is my goal to provide foundational knowledge to students so they can be comfortable making sound financial decisions that will allow them to accomplish their goals.

Bio

Kimberly is an entrepreneur, creative, mentor, and educator. After years of working in higher education and engagement with students from all over the world it became clear the importance and impact of financial literacy. She became an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor to continue to bring her passion for financial fluency to people who really need it. Her aim is to educate students and families with the tools and resources to make sound financial decisions. Through financial mentoring Kimberly has the opportunity to build relationships, break down barriers, and move people to action when it comes to their financial health. Kimberly believes financial wellness is a worthy and attainable goal for everyone; the first step is wanting to learn. Through one on one coaching, presentations, and workshops Kimberly can provide curated exercises and personal solutions to get students and families to a space where they can confidently navigate any financial situation.

Kimberly is also the creator of Beauty Brains and a BIG Mouth the Podcast, discussing culture, society, and financial wellness.
