Kelebogile Mooketsi
Financial Services Professional & Financial Literacy Advocate

Personal Notes
I’m a meteorologist turned debt & financial expert, welcome to my space. The journey where the pain of over-indebtedness turned into the passion of financial education. I’m a proud Motswana woman, all the way from the dusty and rural village of Itireleng in Taung, the North-West Province of South Africa.
With the poverty stricken childhood behind my name, it was through overcoming my debt problem that I realized my life purpose, to be a social entrepreneur of note in respect of personal finance and debt management. For the past 8 years, I have dedicated my life and career imparting financial education to my community, employees, entrepreneurs and financially stressed individuals through my Debt management and Financial Well-being programmes.
My greatest wish is to provide a much deserving financial education for kids and also personal finance for entrepreneurs throughout the African continent and beyond.

For every indebted situation, there is at least, one bad financial decision made. Truth be told. It does not benefit you to work very hard and smart to create ‘the good life’ but your ‘Financial IQ’ is non-existed or does not grow with you. This notation explains reasons why some ‘multi-millionaire lotto winners can lose all their winnings in less than 2 years’. Better stated, if you can’t manage less than R50k, how will you manage the R5m+ that you wish for? “Debt is a public enemy, a silent one for that matter. It breeds into broken families, it cripples the success of our generation and the ones to come. It is not so much about how much you earn, it is how well you manage, keep and grow your money. Time for creating and developing a generation of financially savvy kids is long overdue, lets proactively create positive money habits from early childhood right now! Time for helping entrepreneurs with their own personal finance is long overdue, incorporate personal finance education with business finance skills development of ‘the jockey behind the business’ right now! Time to breaking the cycle of debt is long overdue, make a decision to be a financial warrior and manage your money right now! Time to create financial freedom that support your desired lifestyle and retirement is long overdue, take action and seek expert financial advice right now! Financial education is the foundation and the key that unlocks your own potential to financial freedom. What is needed is someone to bring a light of hope, I am here, it starts with me … and you and everyone else who has a platform, a skill, resources and a desire to combat this public enemy… unified, we CAN” – Kelebogile Mooketsi
