Keith Kail
Financial Services Professional & Financial Literacy Advocate

Personal Notes
After the tech bubble, the global financial crisis and the “lost decade” I learned that financial literacy was lacking in middle class America. I developed a passion for personal finance even before that in the 1990’s as I was building my own business and learned about the challenges small business owners face. Fast forward to today I understand that more and more financial “information” is available to us yet I see fewer and fewer examples of financial “success” with personal financial management. Knowledge or correct belief about how money really works is so important, as is having the wisdom to apply that knowledge in your everyday life. This is my mission – to help average Americans make better quality financial decisions so they can have confidence and balance with their money.
Bio
Keith Kail is an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor.
In 1991 I started my own business and after seven years I learned many valuable lessons about business processes. In 1998 I started my career in the insurance industry and by 2002 I was a licensed financial representative working with investing as well. I spent the next 15 years training and recruiting financial and insurance reps and I found I loved the training processes. I conducted dozens of public seminars and workshops about retirement, investing, insurance protection and personal finance. In the past five years I have developed my money philosophy based on my, now 24 year career, into what I call “Financial Excellence” which is balancing living for today while preparing for tomorrow. It is making personal financial decisions that align with your values and life’s plan. When we are properly aligned and balanced in this way, we enjoy more confidence about our future. The reward of that is more self esteem and hopefully more happiness if we are lucky. I’m passionate about helping others make higher quality decisions with their finances and WIN at the game of money!
