Henry Ozianyi

Personal Notes

I grew up in humble rural settings surrounded by extreme poverty. I witnessed neighbors going hungry, teens dropping out of school in droves because of lack of school fees and adults falling into depression and abusing substances because of financial issues. Yet the major root cause of this stress was and still is lack of financial knowledge. When I joined the bank, I continued to see clients struggle with loan repayments due to bad investment decisions. This fanned a strong desire for me to do something about Financial Literacy in my community and this has given me a great sense of satisfaction hearing how my contribution is changing lives.
