Deneise L. McKesey, MBA, is a financial education facilitator, business strategist, and operations executive with a strong background in finance, organizational management, and program implementation. She is the Founder and CEO of Focused Solutions Services, Inc., where she supports organizations, entrepreneurs, and community partners in building financially sound and operationally efficient programs. Her work spans financial literacy education, small business advisory, and capacity building initiatives across education and nonprofit sectors.

With decades of combined experience in finance and operations, Deneise is known for translating complex financial concepts into clear, practical guidance that learners can apply immediately. She has led workshops and trainings for diverse audiences including adults, youth, and emerging entrepreneurs, with a focus on budgeting, credit, banking fundamentals, and long-term wealth habits. Her teaching style is structured, engaging, and action-oriented.
