My name is Chantal Cleroux; I am an accomplished Human Resources Professional and an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ with substantial experience across the HR spectrum, propelling results in different HR leadership positions and consulting roles. During my career, I’ve significantly improved HR practices by driving the strategic direction and operations. Building on a 30-year career that encompasses working with small, mid-sized and large corporations, I have successfully developed and implemented HR solutions to address a variety of human resources policies and practice challenges. As a trusted advisor to the executive team with a highly entrepreneurial focus, I draw on my experiences as a big-picture business owner who helps clients synchronize strategy and talent to drive superior performance. Over the course of my journey in the field of HR, I am proud to have initiated and shaped high-performing cultures and thriving environments with advanced technical resources, top talent, and robust development programs. As an HR specialist, my primary objective is to align individual interests with the organization’s goals after understanding both perspectives. I have valuable experience collaborating and advising executive leadership teams in HR matters while advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Certified Financial Education Instructor℠, I help innovative employers who want to address the financial concerns of their employees by offering comprehensive financial wellness programs to build the foundations of good money management skills. Proactively tackling your workforce’s monetary matters can improve their sense of well-being and your work environment. My academic background includes a University Associate degree in business administration. I am fluent in three languages: French, English, and Spanish. Being able to impact society positively and leave a legacy to my daughters fulfills my destiny and life purpose and gives hope to my heart.
