Andrea Thompson, Certified Financial Education Instructor

Personal Notes

Born into poverty with no one in my environment that knew anything about financial literacy, credit or money management, it felt impossible to ever have anything beyond what my eyes could see. The fear of that laid heavy on my mind day in and day out, yet I was determined to find another way. I didn’t want my children to suffer as I had while lacking financial education, and I strongly desired to teach them and my community a better way to live. After many years of study, countless classes, seminars, books and expensive lessons learned through the school of hard knocks, things finally became clear. With this newfound financial education and life transformation, it became my mission to share it with others from similar circumstances. I wanted to empower those searching for a way out of poverty for themselves and their families. I started Hosea 46 LLC, a financial education company aimed at teaching credit and money management for those looking to transform their finances by starting a business, leveraging credit and building wealth.
