Company History

Meno & Money is a clinical and financial education platform built for professional women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Founded by Dr. Kimberly Derezil, MD, MSCP, WMCP, the platform sits at a gap most people don’t even know exists: the place where women’s health and money collide. Meno & Money helps women see how midlife health transitions affect their earnings, their career decisions, and their long-term wealth, then gives them practical steps to reduce those costs.

Meno & Money joined the National Financial Educators Council (NFEC) campaign in 2026 to bring financial wellness education to women in the Lehigh Valley and across Pennsylvania. The platform participates through community workshops, educational content, and the Menopause Tax™ framework, a proprietary system that maps the real financial cost of perimenopause across three categories: Care Costs, Career Costs, and Compounding Costs. Every workshop and resource that Meno & Money delivers through this campaign carries the same standard: financial education that includes the medical realities shaping how women earn and build wealth.

Meno & Money is led by a double board-certified physician with over a decade of clinical practice, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner credential, and a Certified Wealth Manager designation. That combination of medical and financial licensing is rare in this field. The platform’s educational content is grounded in clinical evidence and real financial data, held to the same standard Dr. Derezil applies in her own practice. No fluff. No guesswork. Just clear information women can actually use.

Dr. Kimberly Derezil, MD, MSCP, WMCP is leading the financial wellness campaign for Meno & Money (www.menoandmoney.com). She is committed to making sure women across Pennsylvania have access to financial wellness education that finally includes the full picture of what midlife health transitions actually cost.

Community Service Gratitude for Dr. Kimberly Derezil

“Menopause symptoms cost the U.S. economy $1.8 billion a year in lost work time alone. Financial educators are uniquely positioned to help women identify and reduce that cost before it compounds. This work belongs in every financial literacy curriculum.”
