Integrating Financial Education Services to Your Financial Coaching Practice

As a financial coach, one of your primary roles is that of financial educator. Many coaches choose to leverage the skill sets they’ve developed to lead classes, teach groups, and serve the community.

There are financial education services you can offer as a financial coach that can expand your practice and help you provide more people with access to financial information. Since people like to learn in different ways, including some financial education elements to your program can help you make a bigger impact in your community while expanding your practice.

Model 1) Adding Financial Education to Gain Coaching Clients

The more people you can reach, the more opportunities you have to build clientele. Conducting financial education programming gives you opportunity to connect with larger groups and highlights your qualifications as a personal finance professional.

By simply adding a survey at the end of each event that invites participants to a free coaching session, you can generate leads for your coaching practice. During the free coaching events, your goal is to help people as much as possible – not to sell them your service. After the free meetings, you can email or contact them with details about your paid services.

Model 2) Adding Financial Education as a Revenue Mode
