Program Overview
Superpower Thinking (SPT) is a financial education and valuation program designed to teach young adults, entrepreneurs, and faith-based communities how to understand and grow true productive worth. Our mission is to move participants beyond debt-based thinking toward equity-based stewardship. The program introduces the SPT Valuation Formula—a simple, practical tool that measures company worth by productive capacity rather than speculation: SPT = ((Revenue × 3) – Liabilities) × 10.
We served recent high school graduates, small business owners, and church members through a combination of live workshops, online sessions, and one-on-one mentoring. Each participant learned to read financial statements, identify liabilities, and forecast growth using the SPT Growth Curve Score, linking personal budgeting to real-world investment logic.
Our pilot trade sessions reached over 4 million dollars, with 92% earnings from our strategies in higher financial confidence originating from measurable improvement in savings behavior. Success was tracked through portfolio dashboards, and post-trading assessments.
The program’s best qualities are its clarity, accessibility, and spiritual grounding—it empowers learners to see finance as stewardship, not fear, blending practical economics with purpose. SPT turns financial education into transformation: confidence, ownership, and real-world skill.
Program Accomplishments
As a startup, Superpower Thinking (SPT) has focused on building a foundation for long-term impact rather than scale. Our early pilot sessions and one-on-one workshops have shown strong results in helping participants—mainly young adults and early entrepreneurs—understand value creation, debt reduction, and wealth stewardship through the SPT Valuation Formula.
Even in its early stage, SPT has inspired measurable transformation: participants report greater clarity in budgeting, new motivation to start investing, and the ability to calculate true worth using our formula. The biggest accomplishment has been seeing financial confidence replace fear. We also developed partnerships with local educators and church leaders to prepare for broader rollout. Our early success validates the power of practical, principle-based financial teaching grounded in purpose, not speculation.
NFEC Credentials & Resources
Our startup uses the Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI) materials provided by NFEC to strengthen the design and delivery of our training sessions. These resources have helped us optimize lesson flow, improve topic sequencing, and ensure that all Superpower Thinking (SPT) workshops meet national standards for clarity and engagement. The NFEC frameworks give us structure in developing educational materials that balance real-world application with learner motivation. They also guide our assessment tools and help us measure participant understanding more effectively. Using NFEC resources has elevated our startup’s professionalism and credibility, allowing us to build a consistent foundation for long-term growth in financial education.
Even though only the founder is CFEI certified, Our entire team is in the process of obtaining NFEC certification to align SPT with national financial education standards. These credentials enhance our credibility, reinforce our instructional design, and ensure that all future workshops meet evidence-based benchmarks. NFEC’s frameworks guide our curriculum structure, success metrics, and outreach strategy—helping our startup grow into a trusted national financial education provider.
Future Growth
Our plan for growth is built on two pillars: knowledge excellence and inspiration through lived experience. Superpower Thinking (SPT) is developing a 40-week educational course that distills the best financial knowledge available into clear, actionable lessons anyone can understand. We believe financial education should not be overwhelming or exclusive—it should be timeless, practical, and empowering for every learner.
The founder, Christian Casserly, leads this mission with a powerful personal story. Having faced false accusations, public setbacks, and industry rejection, he still built significant financial success through discipline, strategy, and faith. His journey demonstrates that anyone, regardless of background or adversity, can achieve financial freedom.
We plan to scale impact by combining world-class financial education with real human stories of perseverance. This blend of truth and teaching will make wealth literacy both relatable and transformational across schools, churches, and global communities.
