This comprehensive experience has deepened her understanding of financial markets and organizational dynamics, fueling her mission to partner with the National Financial Educators Council (NFEC) and their state-level affiliate, the Georgia Financial Educators Council (GFEC). In the future, Penny is committed to advancing the NFEC’s goals of providing financial well-being, education, and guidance to all communities, believing that financial literacy is fundamental to building stronger, more resilient neighborhoods.

MONTAG Wealth Management started more than 40 years ago as a family-run business. Their philosophy is anchored in long-term relationships formed by giving clients the personal attention they deserve, taking time to get to know each client and listening to their financial goals and dreams.
With a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and as a 2025 MBA student, Personal Finance Expert Penny Rolle’s discipline and dedication lead her to fight for continuous financial freedom for her fellow community members. She actively engages with organizations that believe in the uplifting of others, for instance as a member of Next OnBoard she advocates for more females in Board of Director seats. Penny also works with the Kristine Pettoni Foundation, which helps single mothers get back to work through education, mentorship, and support.
Looking ahead, Penny Rolle remains committed to leveraging her expertise and experience to foster financial literacy and organizational excellence with the NFEC, while she continues to grow as a leader in Atlanta’s dynamic business community.
