Personal Statement

I first connected with the National Financial Educators Council in 2024, becoming actively involved in the financial wellness movement and leading to my current position on the GFEC Advisory Board. This commitment to financial literacy naturally aligns with my role at MONTAG Wealth Management, where I partner on strategic initiatives and process improvements while supporting senior leadership.

With almost two decades in finance, I have gained a wealth of financial experience and knowledge that has shaped my personal and professional journey. This comprehensive experience has deepened my understanding of financial markets and organizational dynamics, fueling my mission to partner with the National Financial Educators Council. In the future, I am committed to advancing the goals of the National Financial Educators Council of providing financial well-being, education, and guidance to all communities, believing that financial literacy is fundamental to building stronger, more resilient neighborhoods.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and as a 2025 MBA student, my discipline and dedication lead me to fight for continuous financial freedom for others. I actively engage with organizations that believe in the uplifting of others. For instance, I am a member of Next OnBoard, where we advocate for more females on Board of Director seats. I also work with the Kristine Pettoni Foundation, which helps single mothers get back to work through education, mentorship, and support.

Through my participation in professional organizations and my position at MONTAG, I continue to champion financial literacy and organizational development across Atlanta’s business community. I look forward to expanding my role in promoting greater financial literacy and organizational excellence throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.
