Lâm Minh Chánh brings nearly two decades of senior leadership experience in major multinational and financial organizations, including ICI, Kodak, AIA, Prudential, Dai-ichi Life, Dai Viet Securities (DVSC), and Dong Duong Securities. After moving into entrepreneurship and education from 2009, he founded several ventures — including the World Gold Exchange and VTG — and established BizUni with a dual mission: elevating business leadership capacity and expanding personal finance and investment education.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney (AusAID scholarship, 1999). His professional credentials include the Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI®) designation from the NFEC (2026), the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation from LOMA, USA (2001), and a Securities Practice License from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (2007). He has also been recognized as one of the Top 3 Australian Alumni for Australia–Vietnam Economic Engagement by the Australian Embassy’s Aus4Skills program (2025) and was appointed a Facebook Community Leader in Ho Chi Minh City (2019).
