User Experience Training for
Financial Wellness Professionals

Bill Field, Financial Literacy Advocate

Personal Notes

I’ve always had a profound interest in modern technologies, user interface design, tutorial development, and event documentation from a customer service point of view. I feel the deepest sense of reward when I can support someone to reach that “aha” moment when they suddenly get how to make technology work for them. My work for the NFEC is particularly satisfying because I have the opportunity to help create a positive user experience not just for our financial educators, but for all the participants in financial wellness events they offer across the country and around the world.
