I’ve worn a lot of uniforms in my life – some said U.S. Navy, others said Mom, and now, most days, I wear the hat of Investment Advisor Representative. But at the heart of it all, my mission has always been the same: to protect, to serve, and to help others build a stronger future.

**Where It All Started**

Growing up, I had a front-row seat to entrepreneurship. My parents were both small business owners who built their livelihoods from scratch. I watched my mom turn wooden carnival games into a thriving event planning business, and my dad build – and rebuild – a mortgage company after the 2008 crash. Their grit and resilience didn’t just put food on the table; it planted a seed in me. I wanted to be a businesswoman. I wanted to help people build things that last.

But my path wasn’t straight. At first, I tried college as a pre-nursing major, only to realize it wasn’t my calling. Unsure of my next move and craving a bigger purpose, I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2012. Serving as a Naval Aircrewman (Acoustic Operator) aboard P-8A Poseidon aircraft, I learned discipline, teamwork, and how to make decisions under pressure. Those lessons have never left me.

**A New Mission**

After leaving active duty to start a family, I faced the same question many veterans do: What’s next?

It was my dad who opened the next door, introducing me to Symmetry Financial Group. At first, I wasn’t sure the insurance and financial world was for me. But one conference changed everything. Surrounded by people passionate about protecting families and building legacies, I realized: This is it. This is my new mission.

I got licensed and dove in headfirst. Over time, that path led me to Quility Financial Advisors, where I became a fee-only fiduciary and Investment Advisor Representative. My goal shifted from simply providing insurance to creating holistic, risk-conscious financial plans that help individuals, families, and business owners secure their futures.

**Why I Focus on Women & Veteran Entrepreneurs**

As a veteran, a single mom, and a business owner myself, I know firsthand the challenges of building wealth while balancing family and career. I also know how rare it is to find financial guidance that speaks to our realities – the long nights, the sacrifices, the drive to create something that lasts beyond us.

Women and veteran entrepreneurs are builders. We’re often the first in our families to start businesses, and we carry not just financial pressure but the weight of legacy. That’s why my mission is to make financial planning accessible, relatable, and empowering for women and veteran entrepreneurs who are ready to take control of their futures.

**From Navy to Numbers: What’s Next**

Today, my mission is clear: help women and veteran entrepreneurs protect what they’ve built, create wealth without unnecessary risk, and pass on a legacy of financial strength.

If you’ve ever thought financial planning was only for the wealthy – or that you should figure it all out on your own – I’m here to tell you: you don’t have to.

You deserve guidance you can trust, strategies you can understand, and a plan that fits the life you’re building.

Let’s build financial power – together.
