With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I provide simple solutions to complex insurance issues for leaders of business and trade. As a principal with The Sihle Insurance Group since 2019, I also was responsible for the development of Sihle Insurance University, which gave me the opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of insurance agents.
As a Commercial Risk Advisor, I provide quality service, technical skill, and compassion for my clients across the U.S. As an Equity Partner, I take ownership of my hard work and make executive decisions as needed.
It is an honor to serve on the Florida Financial Educators Council’s Advisory Board. My goal is to provide information to Florida consumers who face a challenged insurance marketplace while educating the next generation of insurance professionals through mentorship and support.
