Staff Required
As you embark on the journey of transferring your website to a new host, it’s important to note that you will be responsible for the setup process with the new hosting provider. Understanding the Change of Hands
The work your technical staff performs on your new host is completely separate from access, authorization, and scope for the NFEC staff. Essentially, the NFEC has no control over what happens to the new site your technical staff deploys on your new host, as we can’t access the new site.
Once the NFEC provides you with the GZip file, we will maintain your existing site as-is until your technical staff redirects traffic to the new host or until your product license associated with the site lapses – whichever comes first.
So there are two versions of your site: The version we host and the version on your new host. Once the Domain Name Server (DNS) is changed, traffic will be redirected to your new host instead of to the NFEC.

Begin the Transfer Process
Click below to purchase and begin the website host transfer process. Once you have completed the purchase, we will extract your site and email you the GZip file and WordPress administrator credentials within 10 business days. Your NFEC-hosted site will remain live until your technical staff redirects traffic to the new host or until your product license associated with the site lapses – whichever comes first. Completing this checkout process does not stop access to your site, which will remain accessible until your transition to the new host is complete.
