Company History
Gabriel’s Shift Global Impact Center, Inc. is a Memphis-based organization dedicated to transforming lives through financial education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship training. Operating within the financial services and nonprofit sectors, we specialize in delivering hands-on training programs that prepare individuals for careers in accounting, tax preparation, and small business management. Our impact is measurable: through our Accounting Technician, Accounting Specialist, and Enrolled Agent Tax Consultant programs, we’ve helped dozens of individuals gain employment, launch businesses, and improve their financial literacy – laying the foundation for long-term financial wellness.
Our involvement in the financial wellness campaign began in 2024, when we formally aligned our mission with national efforts to promote financial literacy and economic empowerment. Since then, we’ve actively participated by hosting workshops, developing curriculum, and partnering with afterschool programs and nonprofit organizations to extend financial education into community spaces. These partnerships allow us to reach youth and families where they are, making financial literacy accessible, relevant, and high-impact. Financial literacy is embedded in every aspect of our programming – from Pre-K financial education to post-retirement planning – ensuring that individuals are equipped to make informed financial decisions throughout their lives.
Gabriel’s Shift is an approved contributor to the financial wellness campaign through its licensing and credentialing standards. Our organization adheres to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines for financial education and tax preparation. Our instructors and program leaders hold relevant credentials, including Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI®) certification, and are required to complete ongoing professional development. Participants in our financial literacy efforts must meet rigorous training standards to ensure that they can deliver accurate, ethical, and meaningful guidance to the communities they serve.
