I have mentored, coached and advised women who were frustrated and stuck in their careers and business for decades. My mission is to empower individuals, primarily women, in their career, business and personal lives by providing them with a fast track, yet comprehensive toolkit of lifetime skills and abilities.
I am looking forward to continuing to help others achieve their goals, realize their dreams and map out their futures through financial success. My goal is to use my time, expertise, experience and skills towards helping others achieve more, be more, push themselves harder and dream bigger.

Successful Entrepreneur
Dr. Madeline Ann Lewis is President/CEO of the Executive Women’s Success Institute located in the Washington, DC area. She is committed to helping women move forward with purpose, passion and potential. Dr. Lewis created the “8 Habits of Highly Successful Women” system which she uses in her training and coaching to provide the characteristics needed for obtaining success.
A frequent speaker, seminar leader, adjunct professor, facilitator, consultant and media guest, Dr. Lewis’ speaking engagements, coaching and training has reached over 3,000 women around the country helping them to reach their full potential. Dr. Lewis’ workshops and seminars have been presented throughout the United States and abroad.
Professional Credentials
Dr. Lewis has a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership. She has been certified by the National Financial Educators Council as a Financial Education Instructor and the Professional Woman Network as a Diversity Trainer with special emphasis in Women Issues. Dr. Lewis has appeared and been quoted in numerous magazines, journals, articles, online websites and radio shows. She is the author of “Finding Your Best Inside: How to Become the Person You Were Meant to Be” and “Playing from the Blue Tee: Women in the Federal Government.”
Awards and Accolades
Among her many awards, Dr. Lewis was selected by the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce for “Business Woman of the Year”; by the Minority Enterprise Executive Council as one of the “50 Women of Power in Business”; by the Paul Anthony Foundation for “Successful Journey of Black Entrepreneurship”; and she was chosen from hundreds of nominees from around the world to receive “Honorable Mention” as a finalist for the 2015 Enterprising Woman of the Year Award. She was appointed Chair of The Woman’s Advantage® Forum (a program created to help women business owners reach a 6 to 7 figure annual income).
Dr. Lewis’ accolades include a governor’s citation from the late Maryland Governor William Shaffer (for service during Desert Storm), three Attorney General’s Volunteer Service Awards, and a Director’s Award for Outstanding Foreign Counterintelligence Investigation from the FBI. Dr. Lewis was nominated for the Office Depot 2007 Business Woman of the Year Award, an honoree in WE Magazine 2009 Women’s Hall of Fame, and a 2009 Stevie Award Finalist.
Boards and Committees
Dr. Lewis is an advisor for the Leadership Training Center, Lanham, MD; and she’s currently on the International Advisory Board of the Professional Woman Network. She served three years on the Board of Directors for the Justice Federal Credit Union and she is on the Prince George’s County WE3 Legislative Committee. She also serves as “Principal for a Day” every year in one of the Prince George’s County public schools.
