My passion for financial education came out of a heartfelt desire to break the cycle of generational financial illiteracy and to help others gain an understanding of their personal finances. I am devoted to teaching others practical skills and techniques about how to mange their money on a daily basis. My goal is to help people gain an understanding of their finances and the knowledge to manage the money that is flowing in and out and to help them move forward in reaching their personal financial goals.

Felicia Hemby is a passionate NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor and the Founder of Chief Wealth Officer (CWO) Enterprise, LLC, a money management and personal finance education company. She is committed to helping others achieve personal financial wealth by inspiring them to first develop a positive money mindset, learn how to successfully live below their means, develop a practical budget and debt management strategy and how to wisely use and manage credit.

Felicia has over 20 years of experience in Corporate America working in accounting, finance and auditing, and she is currently a member of the NFEC’s Personal Finance Speakers Association. She is devoted to helping others turn the page on the chapter of living paycheck to paycheck and drowning in debt. Felicia’s dream is to help people develop good money management skills through financial education which will ultimately result in productive and prosperous families for generations to come. Money management is simply the process of knowing where you are spending your money today and having a well thought out plan in place for where you want it to go in the future.
