Hi! I have 33 years experience in the Financial world, as an Insurance Agent, a Stock Broker and a Financial Consultant. I have traveled near and far to come back full circle and understand that Financial Literacy is a required subject for everyone. The world will certainly be a better place when all people have a balanced understanding of how your personal finance works. I want to do my part and educate as many people as will listen to me!

Bio

Mr. Aguilar is an NFEC Certified Financial Educatiom Instructor. Born in San Diego in 1958, Mr . Aguilar spent his childhood in Tijuana, Mexico. Educated in both Mexico and the USA. Graduated from University of San Diego in 1979. Worked at New York Life briefly then Allstate Insurance, until 1987, then went to work with Dean, Witter Reynolds, and other smaller firms until 2003. Had a brief break until 2008, when he came back into the Insurance field and in 2013 was fully committed to educating and helping clients find their American dream!

Mr. Aguilar is the owner of the Armada Insurance Agency, LLC, and The Prudent Money Man where he advises on retirement planning, life insurance, and other areas of financial planning.
