Enhancing Financial Wellness Across Communities: Andrew Lendnal

As a leading voice in financial wellness, I, Andrew Lendnal, am dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve financial stability and overall well-being. With a deep-rooted background in personal finance – including my tenure as a best-selling personal finance author, speaker, and educator – I have committed my career to bridging the gap between financial education and real-world application.

Having served pivotal roles in esteemed firms like Morgan Stanley, KeyCorp, and Morningstar Inc. and more recently as Head of Financial Wellness at Fiducient Advisors, I have meticulously devised and navigated financial wellness strategies that resonate with employees from community organizations to global Fortune 500 companies. In 2020, my significant contributions were spotlighted when a New York Times journalist named me as one of the top five leaders championing financial wellness in the workplace.

My role as a Massachusetts National Financial Educators Council (NFEC) Advisory Board Member aligns perfectly with my mission to enhance financial literacy across communities. Through FinWell360, my company, I strive to make financial education engaging, practical, and accessible to all. I hold a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI®) designation, which further enables me to guide individuals toward achieving financial resilience.

The financial wellness movement is crucial in today’s world, as financial stress significantly affects both mental and physical health. My involvement in this campaign allows me to advocate for financial literacy resources that are not only high-quality but also actionable, helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial futures.

I am honored to serve on the Massachusetts NFEC Advisory Board, using my expertise and passion to drive meaningful change. My commitment is to leverage my platform, network, and financial education resources to support individuals in building stronger financial foundations.
