Tina Browning, Regional Bank Officer and CFEI®, was chosen to serve on the Georgia Financial Educators Council (GFEC) Advisory Board as a result of her close alignment with the organization’s vision and her history of serving communities with economic empowerment. With a nearly three-decade career in finance behind her, today Advisory Board Member Tina Browning commits her energies to promoting, advocating for, and teaching financial wellness to individuals, families, and businesses in the coastal Georgia region.
Since 2015 Browning has worked with Queensborough National Bank & Trust, where she has assumed various roles including Retail Operations Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President. Her efforts have been recognized with multiple awards for sales and service; and she sits on several distinguished boards. Tina earned the Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI®) designation from the National Financial Educators Council, the GFEC’s parent organization.
Currently Tina is owner and CEO of T.E.A. Financial, a financial consulting business committed to helping businesses and individuals gain the knowledge and tools they need for financial success. Her credentials, reputation, and dedication make her a strong match with the rigorous selection criteria for the GFEC Advisory Board.

Dedication to Community Service and Advocacy: Tina Browning
I am the owner of T.E.A. Financial, Regional Bank Officer, and an NFEC Certified Financial Education Instructor and Speaker. I have over 25 years of dedicated community leadership in the financial industry. Since moving to Savannah from Kentucky in 1992, I have built a successful career in finance, including roles as Assistant Vice President and Retail Operations Branch Manager at Queensborough National Bank & Trust. Currently, I serve as Vice President, Banking Center Manager for a large financial institution in the East Coast Region of Georgia.
I earned credentials as a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI®) through the National Financial Educators Council and have received numerous awards for sales and service during my career. I am actively involved with several prestigious Boards of Directors, including the Effingham Health Systems Board of Directors, American Hospital Association Board of Governance, Board Treasurer of the S.I.D.C. Inc. Savannah Interagency Diversity Committee, and GROW Initiative GA.
As a community advocate, I also serve as a Balloon Artist, teaching kindness and creativity through “Bumble Bee Ballooning.” My husband of over 40 years, Alvis, and I reside in Effingham County with our son, a Savannah College of Art & Design graduate. In my free time I also enjoy global mission work and folklore storytelling.
I look forward to working with the GFEC Advisory Board to help bring a personal touch to the organization’s efforts to build greater financial wellness among Georgians and around the country.
