Sanjay Pani, Founder and CEO of Rally Bulls, was chosen as a member of the New York Financial Educators Council (NYFEC) Advisory Board as a result of his cutting-edge combination of background and experience. Pani earned an Executive MBA in Finance & Investments from Baruch University in New York; and spent 12 years with J.P. Morgan, where he advanced through various roles including Senior Strategy Manager and Head of Product & Pricing. In 2023 he spearheaded the launch of Rally Bulls, an innovative gamified learning management system that revolutionizes the delivery of financial literacy education.
In his current role, Advisory Board Member Sanjay Pani leads a movement to bridge financial education and markets with intelligent automation. Through the Rally Bulls platform, he has developed pedagogy and interactive interfaces that enhance both user engagement and learning retention for financial wellness education. Sanjay began his career in institutional finance and analytics, holding multiple roles at J.P. Morgan. During this time, he witnessed a recurring challenge: even financially successful professionals often lacked the knowledge and confidence to make independent financial decisions. That gap between access and understanding became the inspiration behind Rally Bulls.
Founded in New York, Rally Bulls delivers a hands-on learning ecosystem where users can explore investing and personal finance through real-time paper trading, gamified competitions, and a structured curriculum of over 75 interactive lessons.
