Learner Experience Complimentary Resources

Building a positive environment for a financial education program starts before the first lesson and matters at every touchpoint – pre-programming, implementation, and post-programming. Our complimentary sample resources are designed to create a warm, respectful participant experience so learners feel safe, valued, and supported from initial outreach through long-term follow-up.

We provide complimentary sample materials across those touchpoints that are editable for local piloting and due diligence. Use these samples to test delivery, assess fit, estimate impact, and confirm the full package before committing.

Pre-programming

A great first impression counts. Many financial literacy programs miss the opportunity to create a positive experience before training even begins, leaving participants underwhelmed from the start. Pre-programming is more than generating interest – it’s where trust starts to build. From the first contact, learners should feel heard, valued, and confident in your ability to guide them.

Pre-Program Engagement Tools

Program Implementation

The implementation phase is where all your preparation comes to life. Whether in person or online, every interaction, material, and teaching moment shapes how learners feel, what they retain, and whether they take action.

If you’ve laid the groundwork during pre-programming, participants arrive with trust and readiness. Implementation is where you confirm that trust, engage learners meaningfully, and deliver focused, professional instruction that transforms knowledge into action.

Post-programming

Your work as an educator doesn’t end with the last lesson. Some of the most lasting impact happens afterward. The post-programming phase is your chance to reinforce behavior change, recognize accomplishments, and provide ongoing support that extends learning well beyond the classroom. When done well, it strengthens participant outcomes, builds long-term relationships, and enhances your program’s credibility and reach.

  • Ongoing Education Materials
