For the past 32 years, the Brockman Educational Institute, a 501(c)(3) has empowered students with educational opportunities, career exploration and financially education to help them fulfill their life’s purpose. 
The Brockman has been recognized by the U.S. House of Representatives, the City of Los Angeles and Pomona Unified School District for its work in their communities. They are focused on bringing experiential learning programs to youth throughout Southern California. 
 
Stand Up for Financial Literacy (STAND4FL) is a campaign created to inform Americans about the importance of financial education. Those behind STAND4FL believe that together: basic knowledge, proper education and the principles of fiscal responsibility have the power to make a significant difference. The campaign founder, Sarano Kelley was recently featured on the VH1 docudrama, "Broke & Famous," which illustrate the importance and necessity of financial literacy. STAND4FL provides financial advisors the NFEC ‘host-your-own financial literacy event’ tools so they can share it with their community.  
 
The Joyner-Walker Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to providing life skill programs to assist high school and college students in a way to prosper and be self-sufficient. We feel it is our responsibility to equip students with the tools
necessary to succeed in life. The best gifts we can give students are an education and the means to channel that education through real-world experiences and application, and this is by teaching proper management.
 
An initiative of The Support Center, The Youth Financial Education (YFE) Program is designed to teach young people the fundamentals of personal money management and promote habitual savings in the classroom or a summer camp setting.  The Support
Center is a statewide advocate that partners with Community Development Credit Unions (CDCUs), providing technical assistance, grants and loans to help them build generational wealth and create opportunities for individuals, families and communities.
 
NurtureSmart is an organization that offers practical money management skills to children and youth, through a number of expertly designed programs. They are the first organization to offer comprehensive financial training to children and youth in East Africa. Their immediate mission is to empower 1 million children and youth with financial skills by 2012, through a national campaign known as ‘Roots That Matter’.

 
Teen Response was founded in 1992 by Police Officer and local radio talk show host; John Keuffer.  Over the years the program been helping young people gain skills for a successful life.  In 1999; Mr. Keuffer along with former NFL Player Richard Carey and retired P&G Executive Kathy Garrison embarked on a journey to create a program to teach financial literacy to severely at-risk youth.  Over ten years and several thousand youths later; our program:  MONEY MATTERS™ is now serving as curriculum in several schools.
